Good Device For Telecommuters,
The software runs entirely off the device itself; no programs are ever installed on the PCs. However, because of this it does take a few seconds for the software to load each time you plug it in. The simple file sharing tool (Go! Bridge) isn’t a side-by-side explorer view–it just shows the remote PC’s files where you can drag and drop files to/from Simple and functional. The Folder Sync tool has 3 options for copying files between the two PCs. It works good but will not sync file deletion actions. Also a progress meter would be nice. The internet sharing is kinda cool–the USB device switches to network mode for this and back when you’re done. I have no plans to try the Outlook Sync tool.
Documentation is pretty scant, but the software is intuitive enough that you can figure everything out for yourself.
